COLOR PUMPKINS!!

 With so many wonderful colors and textures available in pumpkins, be adventurous with your Harvest decor this year! Below find just a few of the endless variety of colored pumpkins.


White Pumpkins
Luminas, Caspers, Cotton Candy, White Ghost and Valenciano are larger white
pumpkins, while the baby Boo is a miniature and much favored for Harvest decor.
Brown Pumpkins
 The Tan Cheese (left) is beautiful earth-toned pumpkin that can add
a true Harvest feel when mixed with its brighter toned cousins.
 The beautiful lacy texture of the Galeaux D'Esyines (right) adds
interest to your Harvest decor.
Carnival Pumpkins
These miniature Pump Ke Mon pumpkins generally have a cream or yellow
base with stripes that range from bright yellow through deep orange to green.
Pink Pumpkins
These little beauties  are called Porcelain Dolls and were developed  to help raise
 breast cancer awareness through the Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation.
Yellow Pumpkins
These Owl's Eye pumpkins make great Jack 'olanterns.
It starts out as a butter colored pumpkin and brightens to yellow.
Blue Pumpkins
The Australian Blue or Jarrahadale (left) is bred from Blue Hubbard squash
and a Cinderella pumpkin and carries some traits from both.
While similar to a Queenlands Blue pumpkin, on the right is a Crown Prince Squash,
which  has a beautiful pale grey-blue and a plump Cinderella shape.
 No one will guess that it is not a pumpkin.
Red Pumpkins
 It is said that Cinderella's coach was fashioned from the lovely oval
of  the French import, Rouge Vif d' Estampes pumpkin (on left).
while the richly textured Red Warty pumpkin is a crossbreed of a Red Hubbard
squash, and can add dimension to your Harvest decor.
These textured marvels are called Black Futzu's and come from Japan.
